It doesn't seem to ever get old - the saying that we're living in interesting times. As of this writing, the pandemic still has a hold on our everyday lives and has forced us to take a fresh look at the way we do things in our own business. It's definitely one of those silver lining things and an opportunity to review, refresh and rework to our advantage, so in this issue there's a couple of things you might consider to be "food for thought" for you.
