It seems like it's getting more difficult to connect with our customers these days, so I like to remind my own clients to do a periodic review of their own customers and what it means to keep up with their needs and wants. There's lots of opportunities around when you are open to the changing customer tides, and this timely newsletter can help you get thinking.
