Hello!Hello!

Over the last few days I've been contacted by 2 businesses who are struggling with their websites and online activities so it sort of insipired the focus of this particular issue of YESWord.

I thought I'd address a couple of those items here from a customer focus and a productivity point of view. One area that came up and took my breath way related to one of the under performing blogs that had been identified. I'll not talk about that one here, as I'm building a case study for it to be released in the next issue of the BBH newsletter due in a couple of weeks.

With that, let's get started!

Take the challengeTake the challenge

There's a lot of value in adding a recommendation page to your website. The challenge this week is to actually create a Recommendation Page and use a reference to it in at least one social media post in the next 2 weeks. You up for this challenge?
