Hello!
Happy New Year! 2021 is here in all of it's glory and in this first week, it's time to get our planning in order. This issue a few areas of focus, and it also has me on my soapbox for a minute. I've been interacting on social media over the last few weeks, and am fired up about the myths around blogging for your business that I'm running into so I decided to do something about it. I won't say any more about some of the conversations I've had around that!
I hope you enjoy this issue or have a comment, or question do let me know with a quick email and I'd be happy to connect with you.
Looking forward

It was not really something I planned on doing, creating a newsletter that speaks directly to business owners who have a blog page on their websites. Usually, this is a page that is just doesn't have a lot going on. Why do I care? I have to tell you that I spent the last few days taking a lot of flack about what blogging is really all about - and I am focused specifically on a blog that supports a business, NOT a business that is a blog.
So I'm releasing a brand new newsletter, released on the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of the month called the "Business Blogging Handbook." It's whole purpose is to bring you information and support to turn your underperforming blog page into an income generator that works 24/7 for you. Everything shared in this newsletter will help you: 1) grow your email list, 2) educate your visitors, 3) highlight your expertise and 4) provide genuine information sharing for your products and services as your website gets more exposure.
If you are ready to take advantage of this revenue generation option you already have on your website, subscribe to "Business Blogging Handbook," now. The first issue drops on Jan 12th.

What's holding you back? What are your limiting beliefs?
Change happens when you identify and get rid of Limiting Mindsets
The definition of Limiting Beliefs is: Beliefs you hold that keep you from doing what you want to do. The human mind has an amazing ability to come up with infinite reasons why you can’t do something and there is a good chance you have limiting beliefs stopping you right now and you don’t even realize it.

7 Steps to Tidying Your Digital Life
We live our digital lives across a variety of apps, devices, and accounts. On each of those, a breadcrumb connects back to you. The more breadcrumbs you have out in the world, the easier it is to trace your activity, whether for advertising or identity theft.
